Stronger Stormwater Standards will Protect Us!

Stormwater pipe damage

The Council is voting on July 19th.  Developers are trying to weaken the bill.  Don't let them!

Ask the County Council to pass CB - 15 as amended to protect our water from polluted dtorm run-off!

Here's what we know about storm-water standards: Stronger storm-water standards are not only good for the environment and our quality of life, but they also reduce public administrative costs and taxpayer insurance premiums.  Prince George's County has an opportunity to strengthen it's storm-water protections this summer.  CB-15 begins to address storm-water, but it doesn;t go far enough.  It's time for Prince George's County to implement more strigent standards to protect our water and our health from storm-water runoff.
