This is an exciting 32-hour-per-week hybrid position, primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings a few times a year for staff gatherings or fundraising events. Clean Water Action and Clean Water Fund Massachusetts are seeking a full-time hybrid Development Manager to build and strengthen our fundraising program that supports our statewide initiatives. This role will be instrumental in cultivating donor relationships, securing foundation support, and ensuring the financial sustainability of our programs. In Massachusetts, Clean Water’s work focuses on climate justice, environmental health, and equitable access to clean energy, including protecting drinking water, reducing toxic pollution, holding corporations accountable, empowering youth leadership within the environmental justice movement, and advancing pro-environment policies and leadership at every level of government.

Clean Water Action and Clean Water Fund seeks a detail-oriented and strategic Controller to oversee financial operations and drive transparency and compliance in alignment with our nonprofit mission. Reporting directly to the CFAO, the Controller will manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and support audit readiness.
